How to Apply

Step 1

Book an Info Session

This is a parent/adult only virtual information session (via Zoom) led by Admissions Director Jill Walsh and School Director Amanda Riccetti. The session includes an introduction to BCMS, Montessori philosophy and curriculum, preview of classrooms and learning materials, Health and Wellness Protocols, tuition, enrollment process and Q&A .

Please note: The Online Info Sessions are for adults only.

step 2

Schedule an In-Person Family Visit

We know that seeing our campus is an important piece to the decision-making process for many families and we are pleased to be able to offer 30 minute in-person visits to individual families during business hours where families can come inside and truly see the school, students, and the Montessori method "in action."

After you complete your Online Info Session, you will be invited to book your in-person visit.

We look forward to welcoming you to our campus and having you see for yourself what makes BCMS so special!

step 3

Enrollment

If we jointly decide that BCMS is a good fit for your child, and we have space availability, we will move on to the admissions process.

Admissions are done on both an annual (September start) and rolling basis (throughout the school year), depending on availability.

Tuition

Please attend an online Info Session or email us to inquire about the most updated tuition rates.

Financial Aid

BCMS is a small, independent private school and is not an approved provider/cannot accept PFA (Preschool for All) vouchers, ELS (Early Learning Scholarship) vouchers, or any other assitance vouchers.

Family Gap Scholarships

Some families may need a little help covering tuition costs. To assist them, BCMS can offer a monthly tuition discount worth anywhere between -$100 to -$500 per month, and the discounted amount is then covered by BCPO “gap” scholarship funds, which are transferred to the school.

The availability of gap scholarships is determined by several factors:

- Total amount of BCPO scholarship funds raised annually (funds available)

- Number of current students already receiving aid (funds already allocated)

- Number of new students requesting assistance (remaining funds available to allocate)

We are pleased to announce that for the current 2024-2025 school year, BCPO Gap Scholarships are providing support to 13 students, amounting to $58,700.

BCPO gap scholarships are granted on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds are allocated for the school year. The total funds raised annually varies and determines the number of gap scholarships that can be awarded for the school year. The more funds raised, the more students BCPO can assist.

If you would like to inquire about the BCPO gap scholarship program, kindly contact Jill Walsh, our Admissions Director.
